Orange orbs launched red ones

Department of War, Western United States, 2023.

The slides make the western case readable without making it solved. They group four sightings: orange orbs launching red orbs, a fiery hovering orb, a dark kite, and a transparent kite. The format is helpful, but it is still a briefing summary built from witness accounts and later review.

From the file

Three teams of two federal law enforcement special agents each independently describe seeing orange 'orbs' in the sky emit or launch smaller red 'orbs' in groups of two to four, with three being the general consensus.

Two federal law enforcement special agents witnessed a glowing orange orb at a distance later assessed by AARO to be about 1050 meters away, with the object estimated between 12 and 18 meters in diameter.

Agents pursued what they first thought was a car in a restricted zone. As they got within a few hundred feet, the object suddenly moved off the road over the desert without changing its orientation.
