Project Sign tried to sort the discs

This is a 1948 collection of Air Force and Army correspondence about 'Flying Discs,' including Project SIGN policy memos, an inquiry about the German Horten brothers' flying-wing aircraft, and several individual sighting reports from Hobson Ohio, Bakersfield California, and Houston Texas. Project Sign comes across as a young office still figuring out what counts as evidence. It is not one clean case but the government building a system to sort reports.
