6 Whalsky says a high altitude will speed up to - well he don't know but it is a terrific speed he said he thought 10 thousand mi, per, hr.

Now this does not look little a lot of horse feeters so I am putting it into your hands as if it is a trap for me it's only you can get me in dutch and I know you want to do that - but get it into our army chiefs hands for I do not know if this will fly or not - but on the other hand it may be all ok. so what.

Whalsky is 5 feet 8" tall wt. 175 square faced quite a large mouth gold teeth left side upper light hair sort of red chipped big arms all around stout square hands short fat fingers and talks good english - blue eyes. has friends in Buffalo Iowa, is a Russian Pole and was in world two in Europe.

He has gone to Hetchikans he knows some folks there he said he got off a submarine and gave a fisherman a sum of money to get him ashore near Eureka and he said he was drifting ashore in a drift boat made of rubber when picked up - he said there was nothing to it getting ashore.

When you give this to the army chiefs keep my name out of it - I want to get a lot more information to give you.
