Gentlemen:

I saw Ubaldsky last Saturday in Willits, before he got on the bus to go to Eureka. I went to Willits for the mail for my son-in-law.

In our talk he said well if there is anything in the drawings of the mechanism of the saucer that will help you along on your cosmic ray engine use it - here are the drawings look them over and if you can find anything to help you o. k. Three drawings are made in Russian I think so I could not read the instichinos or lettering but I did see and he explained to me the centrifugal force that pulls the saucer and do inside the saucer
