I do not believe this is "horse feathers" so much as I did in the drawings sent you sat. Ubalsky said on the snow with runners on this saucer like a sled centrifugal force will pull hers at a hell of speed. The jels are used on lake off there is wheels on the saucer there are 3 wheels they are pulled up into places in the saucer from the inside and some how or other a piece covers the spot on the outside the drawing shows that but I cannot figure out how do done from the inside of the saucer. Now I believe this is all the dope I can give you on them. Ubalsky said the big saucers are oblong for and of but round in the middle - just as the round saucers are something little this. You know what I mean only I cannot draw it.
