anonymous~ at the "CinciDnati Enquirer" in an envelope postmarked 7-3-$2
at Cincinnati, Chio.
It will be noted that the enclosed letter ia written in the German
language, and I• also enclosing a rather loose translation of the letter
as turnished by' the "Cincinnati Enquirer.•
In view ot the widespread interest in so-called "t'.qing saucers,"
I am fonrarding this material to the Bureau, with the thought in mind that
the Bureau aq- desire to have a careful translation made or the attached
letter, and the results, if deemed advisable, made available to other
GOYenlllental agencies.
