Gentlemen - Dear Sirs.

I have a theory on the so called flying saucers.

I don't know where to write to express my opinion.

But yours is the best office in the land when it comes to investigations.

If and when I get ready to commit a crime I will attempt to get caught but not to it.

If the flying saucers are real then in my opinion they are not from outer space.

I would be willing to let them be the brain child of General (over) Mossberg.
