COP r Staunton, Va . Route 3 August 12, 1952 Air Force Intelligence i'. B. I. Justice Dept. Fell ow Americana, I am writing the same letter to all three Departments . On August 1st, I wrote a letter, and mailed it on August 2nd, to the Air Force Intelligence telling my views of a flyi~g saucer. In about four days the physicist Hoel Scott gave out a report of Jtndings identical to my report . Now if I have hit upon the· meantng of a /lying saucer I would like to get the credit for it. I have reason to belteue my ideas haue been ht-jacked. It should be easy to find out. fhen did Ur. Scott start hts experiment? Which of/ice dtd my letter go through? Was my l etter placed on /tle? It had a return addr ess. If you cannot /tnd it that proves it uns destroyed and the information used. I have much better working proof of my theory than Ur. Scott, which has been before me all along, until I hit upon the idea. The solution should not have been published. There ts a great deal more to i t than that, which I can explain. The idea should haue been worked out thoroughly and secretly. Rainmakers could probably do a great deal o/ harm wtth the answer. There is a posstbili ty that it could mean an entirely different type of air warfare . The Air Fo rce could possibly use it for de/,enstvc warfare. It could lead to man-made flying saucers which the enemy could use against us. Man-made flying saucers possibly could be used in conjunction with atom and hydrogen bombs or to destroy them. Astronomers could use the information to predict about other planets or planetary war/are. This information could be of use in a tr.tp to the noon. Does the Air Force wish me to keep my tmpressions to myaelj' or shall I gtue a statement to the press? My Country comes first tf the information should be kept seer.et. --. I signed my other letter "respectf..ully.!.__' When a lady from Virginia pays her respects to the LtrTorce she expects the Air Force to pay its respects right back to her. Respectfully, Mrs . Nellie T. Dull Route 3 Staunton, Virginia
