When I arrived here I spent about one half hour calling C.D. & An for ground operations etc. finally after getting no answers I called the Waltham police who merely informed me they didn't know what I should do about it. It came as rather a surprise to me, I thought that there was supposed to be somebody on watch at all times. I do not know to whom I should write & not know to whom I should write & in desperation I am writing to you. I do hope you will report this to the proper authorities for me and I hope you will suggest to the local C.D. that they should have someone to report such findings. I would appreciate it much a reply from you. May I just add that I honestly don't know what the unknown object was. I never before saw anything like it.
