Dear Mr Hoover:

I don't know if you analyze articles so will send you a sample of (something that looks like tinsel) because I found it in a pasture in a round pile, underneath of it, it looks as if the clover was burned. & there are 3 similar patches which are burned in a triangle form. Last Sunday Morning the Neighbors Wife got up and drink of water & happened to see a white light. circling their farm. I didn't pay any attention to it. Then Sunday morning, when I went to get the cows, I saw this stuff shining in the Sun. It could of been dropped out of a plane. I was loose & not in a container. I saw the nearest road is about a 1/2 mile from the pasture. Now we are wondering what it is. So would like to ask 8/22/52 LH
