A review of communtcattons recetued from the
fteld indicates they are not observing existing
t nstructtons contained in Bureau Bulletin #57, para­
graph D, dat~d 10/1/47, and SAC Letter #38, dated
3/25/49, to re/er details of complaints regarding
flying saucers to OSI locally.
ACTION:
It is recommended the attached SAC Letter
