the Res1dent Agent at Hannibal that he was in receipt
of an undated letter signed R. T. STONE.
This letter
bears the letterhead Inter- Continental Aerial Research
Foundation a~n the upper right corner there is typed
the following

27th Terr. , Independence, Missouri" .
Below this ~n pencil is a notation made by Mr . WATSON
which is "Air Defense Identification Zoning. "
The letter is as follows :
