photogr aphs t a ken at Grand Blanc , ''1ichigan by Joe Perry ,
ama teur a stron omer , on February 13 , 1960 is one past case .
After notifying the Air Force he wa s referred to the FBI and
an investigation wa s conducted by two agents from the Flint
office .
The photographs were subsequently furn ish ed to
t h e Air Force for analysis .
What is t he FBI ' s policy with respect to t his matter
or investigation or such cases ?
Is t here an off icial FBI
regulation pertaining to FBI UFO investigatory policy , and
i f so , I re1uest a c opy .
If t his is not poss ible could you
please inform me ~s to the regula t i on number of such
documents .
