The only identi­
fiable data in Bureau files on Bender ls a lotter he wrote
on 10/26/52 on the letterhead of the International Flying
Saucer Buroau to
~r. L. H. Frahm, Franklin, Indiana, in
which he suggested how Frahm could organize a chapter of
the Saucer Bure u in Frariklln.
Also in BufileG ls a copy
of the January, 1953, m~gazine aspace
view" ~nich apparently
was put out by tho Saucer Bureau.
This magazine contains
numerous articlos and $QUlbs conccrntng tho sighting of
flying $aucers throughout the world. It does not appear to
have any security signlfican.ce.
Unless information in your files would indicate
an lnterviet with Marek is ndcsirablo, immediately contact
him and orally cknowledge thG receipt of his letter by the
Bureau.
