A low ocean object made a sharp turn

This file describes an Air Force Special Operations surveillance plane, on an imaging and signals mission, watching a single roughly circular object flying just above the ocean surface. The object made several sharp 90 degree turns at an estimated 80 miles per hour before it dropped off the sensor feed. The sharp turns are the striking part, and a low, fast object cutting right angles over water is hard to wave away on wording alone. But the released clip is missing the underlying data, so you cannot confirm what it was from this file.
