A cold round object tracked for eight minutes

This is a Range Fouler Reporting Form. During a nighttime surveillance mission over the Gulf of Aden on September 4, 2020, an infrared camera tracked a round, cold object for eight full minutes. An eight-minute track gives this report more weight than a quick glimpse. Still, round and cold is only what a heat-sensing camera showed, not a full physical description, and the missing background information is doing most of the work here.
