30 Dec 47 from Hamilton Fld F:Li€ht Control, that a motorist on U. s . Highway
#40, 30 miles west of Lovelock, Nevada, (approxirnatezy 39e> 53 1 N, lJ.SC> 53' ff)
had seen an object explode in the air at a height of 1200 to 1300 feet.
