MEMORANDUM FOR THE CHIEF OF STAFF
Attached is a copy of the Special Report of
the SAB Ad Hoc Committee to Review Project "Blue
Book."
I believe that the Committee's recommendations
should be accepted and arrangements made to contract
for a scientific team to investigate in depth certa.in
selected reported sightings of UFO's.
