1. Please refer to your memorandum to be on 20 September 1965 requesting a review of Project Blue Book by the USA Scientific Advisory Board.

2. In response to your request, the USA team will meet with Dr. Bela O'Belva to investigate the situation and the implications of Project Blue Book. The USA team's report will recommend a procedure for重新valuating the scientific investigation of questionable data of U-26.

3. Please bring three copies of the report to us being submitted for your review. Please let us know if the USA can do further solutions in this matter.
