The capability of the Air Force representative was also discussed and it was generally agreed that it would be wise to have someone with investigative ability and a modicum of technical experience as the UFO Project Officer at each Air Force base. The local representative of the Air Force Office of Special Investigations (OSI) may be a logical choice to work with the university groups when necessary. Such university would be assigned a specific geographic area. A lead university or PFD would analyze the data. It is estimated that there will probably be x% less than 100-150 sighting per year that will have to be investigated by the university groups. These will probably be randomly spread over the whole US so that no one university will be over burdened with UFO investigations. NW 90306 DocId:34714841 Page 41
