ACTION:

14. Inasmuch as Mr. Bollum is the most knowledgeable person in the D/I on the subject of this project, it is recommended that he be appointed coordinator for the Director of Intelligence and that he be authorized to proceed as necessary to accomplish the desired results on the recommendations made above.
