Dear Mrs. Masarek;
Thank you for your Letter of August 21st describ-
ing your sighting of an Unidentified Flying Object. It has
been forwarded to the appropriate office for further analysis.
The Air Force does have a major active program
for investigating and evaluating these sightings. For this
reason, initiative reports such as yours are of considerable
value and greatly appreciated.
For your information, I an enclosing a summary of
events concerning the UFO Progrem. I hope you find it of
interest.
