1. Twenty one (21) copies of subject report forwarded your center
this date under separate cover.
2. The remaining four (4) copies, of the original twenty five (25)
forwarded to this Headquarters, are accounted for as follows:
One (1) copy retained by OIN-X (Lt. Col. Johnson)
One (1) copy insdvertently destroyed by OIN-2X
One (1) copy each is being recalled from the files of
OIN-3X and OIN-1B3 and will be forwarded when made
available to this office.
3. Distribution remains the same as previously furnished your
center on 13 September 1955.
