1. Reference (a) is hereby modified in that you will proceed to Philadelphia, Pa., for further temporary duty in addition to the places specified in your basic orders.

2. You are authorized to omit or revisit any of the places and to vary the itinerary as may be deemed necessary.

3. All other provisions of your basic orders remain in effect.
