2. You will proceed immediately and report to the Commandant of the FOURTEENTH Naval District for transportation for yourself and your dependents to a port in the United States. Upon arrival you will proceed and carry out the orders contained in paragraph one above or any modification thereto.

3. Keep the Bureau of Naval Personnel and your new station advised of your address.

4. Immediately upon reporting for duty in compliance with these orders, or any modifications thereto, you are hereby directed to forward to the Chief of Naval Personnel, via your new Commanding Officer, a copy of these orders, complete with all endorsements thereto, including the final reporting endorsement.
