Subj: Claim for Unused Leave, Request for information concerning

1. On 25 November 1946 my claim for unused leave was forwarded to the Chief of Naval Personnel (Pers 3216A) by my commanding officer. In January 1947 the claim was returned for correction of minor errors; required corrections were made, and all papers were returned to the Bureau of Personnel the same month.

2. To date I have not been advised by BuPers either that my claim has been forwarded to the Terminal Leave Disbursing Office or that further correction of the claim is necessary. Information concerning action taken by the Bureau in processing the claim would be appreciated.
