1. You were initially assigned as of 1 October 1949 in accordance with reference (a) to pay grade W in your permanent status as a commissioned Warrant Officer. Accordingly, upon reverension to your permanent status you will be entitled to receive the pay and allowances of a commissioned Warrant Officer in pay grade W.
