2. It will be noted that a reply to Dr. Vinal was made by the Army and a reply to Mr. Glasser was made by General Bradley's office. Further correspondence with these individuals is therefore not mandatory. However, it is suggested that acknowledgment be made to Mr. Talkes (letter attached to Dr. Vinal's).
