1. Inclosures are for your information, appropriate action and retention.

2. Inclosures 1 and 2 were received from the Directorate of Operations, CS/O, this Headquarters. They state that Mr. Myers' letter and the clipping were referred to them by Congressman J. E. Van Zandt. Acknowledgments have been made to Congressman Van Zandt and Mr. Myers. Director of Legislation and Liaison, this Headquarters, has been furnished copies of entire file.

3. Request receipt of inclosure 3 be acknowledged by indorsement direct to originator.

4. Inclosures 4, 5, 6 and 7 were submitted by Miss Mary B. Hayden, and intelligence analyst assigned to Headquarters Air Resupply and Communication Service, Washington, D.C. A previous memorandum from Miss Hayden was forwarded by DF dated 5 June 52. Acknowledgment has been made by personal contact with Miss Hayden.
