14. DESCRIPTION OF AMENDMENT/MODIFICATION (Organized by UCF section headings, including solicitation/contract subject matter where feasible.)

The purpose of this modification is to accomplish the following:

a) Provide funding in the amount of $11,948,810.00 for the Exercise of Option Year I of Contract HHM402-08-C-0072 and thereby removing the availability of funding clause referenced in modification P00001 dtd 9/02/09.

b) Identify impacts to deliverables as a result of reduced funding for Option Year 1. (see attachment)

c) Incorporate the revised documentation showing utilization of 2010 funds and identify technical risks of reduced funding.

d) The obligated funding for Contract HHM402-08-C-0072 is increased by $11,948,810.00. As a result, the total obligated amount for this contract is $21,948,810.00.

All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
