incorporate advanced cooling methods to handle the large surface heat loads caused by
near surface absorption of the bremmstrahlung emission. There are no "show stoppers"
however, so the road map to !EC fusion power seems clear. The main challenge is to
find funding sources with the "will" to proceed.
