A witness reported recurring lights near home

This is an FBI FD-1057 electronic communication describing an October 2024 interview with a witness, whose name is hidden, who reported repeated light sightings from their property going back to 2021. The witness tried to rule out normal aircraft by checking ADS-B flight tracking data. That effort to eliminate ordinary explanations makes the report more useful, even though it did not settle what the lights were.
