This is an FBI FD-1057 electronic communication about a daytime visit to a location where two Special Agents had earlier seen unexplained aerial activity at night. Looking at the scene in daylight checks for things that could block the view or explain what was seen after dark. It is routine, careful work that tests the setting rather than the object.
