This is an FBI FD-302 interview record in which a witness describes seeing yellow and red ball-shaped lights near their home in the evening, plus accounts of white orbs and an earlier 1987 sighting near power lines. It adds more detail to an already messy northeastern case. Long-running cases like this tend to gather both genuine repeat sightings and folklore in the same folder.
