The writer received a telephone call from Mrs. Robert Schrann, at 6:37 PM on this date. Mrs. Schrann was very nervous and subsequently admitted to being scared, as she was the only one at home and she saw a UFO in the air outside her home. She stated it was a considerable distance from her home and only could identify it as a "silver object". OSI advised, at 6:55 PM,
