00:13: Speaker: I am watching another orb that is flying approximately ... (indistinct radio
chatter) 300 feet up off the ground.
00:25: Speaker: I did check radar. There is no aircraft flying in the area (unintelligible due to
radio crosstalk).
00:32: Speaker: This has been flying stationaiy for about 15 minutes.
