This is a single grayscale frame that looks like an optical or thermal image, with a centered targeting reticle, a visible timestamp of 12/31/99 18:11:19, several heavy black redaction bars, and a mountainous ridgeline at the lower right. The visible record is thin but still worth a look. It is proof that an image was released, not an identification of anything in it.
