Helicopter still B18 keeps the target small

This is a single grayscale sensor still stamped 12/31/99 18:21:02, showing two small dark objects near a crosshair aiming mark, with black bars blocking out parts of the frame. It is only one frame from a larger case, and the surrounding sensor data that would tell you what the objects are is hidden. Treat it as a small visible piece, not the whole story, and do not let the title claim more than the picture shows.
