Helicopter still B22 keeps the target small

This is a grayscale sensor still stamped 12/31/99 18:19:19, showing two small dark blobs joined together near a centered crosshair, with several black bars over the frame. It is one of the more specific images in the set, but it still lacks the surrounding sensor readings. Seeing it should make any caption more careful, not more confident.
