Helicopter still B5 keeps the target small

This is a grayscale frame in an infrared or night vision style with an overlaid crosshair reticle and a numeric range scale, timestamped 12/31/99 18:12:20, with several black redaction bars and a faint dark object low in the frame. Look at the picture before trusting the label. If the object is not clear in the image, the caption should not pretend that it is.
