Helicopter still B6 keeps the target small

This is a grayscale sensor-style image, like a frame from a military targeting camera, stamped 12/31/99 at 18:10:00. It shows a dark aerial object sitting above a targeting reticle, with several black bars blacked out across the picture. Those black bars are exactly where the readouts for speed, range, and confidence would normally sit, so we can see the object but not the data that would explain it.
