Helicopter still B7 keeps the target small

This is a single grayscale camera frame stamped 12/31/99 at 18:10:02. It shows a dark object above and to the right of a targeting reticle, with several black redaction bars across the image. It gives you something real to look at, but having something concrete to inspect is not the same as having it solved.
