This is an FBI FD-302 interview report in which a witness at a restricted military range describes a silent, metallic-bronze, cigar-shaped object with an intense diamond-white light, seen during contractor testing in September 2023. It records what one person said they saw, and it leaves more context than firm conclusion. That makes it a useful clue, not proof.
