PERKIN. one of the owners of Perkin-Elmer Company in Glenbrook•
Connecticut, and had been informed by Mr. PERKIN that his compa.DY is
making a large power.f'ul telescope to be WJed in searching the strato­
sphere ta: atom bombs•
