A r,n:MORi,J.!IJUr.! OF IMPORTANCE

(For your Information)
THIS !v!Er/ORANDU?J i s respectfully addressed to certain scientists of distinct ion,
to iilll)ortant aeronautical and 1nilitary authorities, to a numbor of public officials,
and to a fow publications•
The writer h8:_s l i ttle axpoctation t hat anything of import will be ~ecc;nplished
by this gesture . The moro fact that the data herein ~ere obtained by so- called
supernormal~ i s~bably sufficient to insure i ts disregard by nearly all the
per sons addr essed; never theless it seems a public duty to make i t available. (The
present writer has several university degrees and uas formerly a universit y depart
ment head) .
A very seri ous situation may develop at &ny t i me uith r egard t o th~ "flying
saucers."
If one of theso shc-uld be attacked, t he attacking plane '17111 almost cer
tainly be destroyed. In tho public mind this might create near panic and internat
ional suspici on. The princip84- data concerning these craft is no~ at hand and must
be offered, no matter how fantastic and Wli ntelligiblo it may seem to minds not
previously i nstructed in thinking of this type.

3. These visitor~ are human- liko but much larger in size.
4 .
They are NOT excarnate earth people, but come from their o;m \/Orld.
5. They do NOT come from any "planet " as -10 use tha ,;1ord, but from an otheric
planet .mich intorpenetratos 7~th our orm and is not per ceptible to us.
6. The bodies of the viaitors , and the craft also , automatically ''I:Jatcrialize"
on entering the vibratcry rate of our dense matter: (Cp. "apports. 11 )
? .
The disks possess a tYl)e of radiant energy, or a ray, which will easil y
disintegrate any attacking ship .
They r eenter the otheric at will, and
so si mply disappear from our vision, without :brace .
The region from which they come i s NOT the "astral plane" , but corros
ponds t o the Lokas or Talas . St udents of esoteric matter s .nll understand
these terms.
