Having read the enclosed clipping you will find with this letter I promulgate me to send it to you and ask you to check The National Inventors Council files on the 2 types of engineers The Flying Savers Design that I submitted to Mrs. Elora Roosevelt in 1942, while Henry Walloce was Secretary of Commerce, also was in charge of The National Inventors Council.

I mean just this. See how easy it would have been for Walloce to have conveyed these designs to Russia and with held them from our own Engineering Dept. You can make The biggest find here of your life, of your life, of your life. I will appreciate a reply.
