Please notice where Kefferlin says - "govern-
ment of ... all oppressed peoples ..." They want
all rights and privileges that there are, yet
want to deny them to others, especially the freedom
of free speech, as witness from "Rainbow City" telling
me to "keep quiet"! And why did they number
their letter to me "!" - are they intending to
write more?

as my letter is a warning letter with a
threat, and coming through the U.S. mail, I am
sending it to you personally so that it can
be investigated. Please keep this confidential,
since under the circumstances, I do not feel entre-
ly safe.
