A Mexican inventor proposed nuclear saucers

This serial is a translated 1950 letter from a Mexican inventor proposing nuclear powered stratospheric balloons, described as flying saucers, to a U.S. scientific commission, together with a translated press account of claimed saucer photographs taken at Durango. The idea is inventive, but the file shows the FBI simply receiving and keeping the claim, not believing it. It is here because people sent invention pitches to anyone they saw as powerful.
