PROBLEM:

To prepare a letter for the Chief of Iaval Research.
FACTS A1ID DISCUSSIOI:
2. In a letter to the D/I, the CIR requested a briefing and round
table discussion for the purpose of acquainting interested meabers of his
staff with the latest developaents iJ1 Project Blue Book. It was suggested
that the progrBlll be held after 15 Septeaber 1952 in Rooa 1803 of
Building T-3, Jl'avy Depart-.ent.
3.
The attached letter will infora the CIR that Maj Fournet will
conduct the prograa. A time of 1000 hours on 17 Septenber 1952 is
suggested with a request for confirmation. The Clffl is also requested to
contact Major Fournet, direct and arrange for the details of the conference.
4. Subject aatter is not considered suitable for the Daily Staf'f
Digest.
