At 1:10 p.n., 2/11/58, Mrs. MARY JANE KACZYNSKI, 2630 Vauxhall Road, Union, N. J., phone MU 6-0912, telephonically advised this office that at 12:25 p.n., 2/11/58, she observed an unidentified flying object from the kitchen window of her home. She described this UFO as bullet-shaped, silver, no wings, flying south at a very high altitude with vapor trail. She stated it flew much higher than commercial aircraft and she heard no noise.
